Welcome to Hither House Cottages, your perfect vacation retreat in Montauk, NY! Our charming cottages are located just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beaches of Montauk, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway.

We are located just a few blocks to the Atlantic Ocean, one mile to the village of Montauk, five minutes to great fishing, golf, tennis, horseback riding, restaurants, and nightlife, and only 15 minutes to East Hampton.

Our family cottages for rent provide the perfect opportunity for you and your loved ones to spend quality time together while enjoying all that Montauk has to offer. Your pet is welcome, too!

Our picturesque setting on a hill and full-amenity cottages and studios attract return visits from many of our guests. Families, friends, couples, reunions, and individuals—they all seek fun and friendship and the quiet of our peaceful location.

Each one of our nine rental units is special. Guest accommodations vary in size, from a cozy cottage for one or two to ample accommodations for up to six. Contact us now for more information.

Please request accommodations and make reservations by email or phone. It is the quickest way to reach us.

Our staff will be pleased to assist you. A deposit of 50% of the full payment is required for a week-long reservation. For a single night reservation or less than a week, full payment is required. The balance is due in full upon arrival. A confirmed reservation is considered a commitment for the full period requested; this is binding on both guests and management. For all reservations, deposits are not refundable unless the unit is re-rented. All refunds are subject to a 15% service charge. Please note that this is a request form only and reservations cannot be booked on a definite basis without confirmation from Hither House staff.
