Directions to Hither House Cottages

  • Long Island Expressway (Route 495), East to Exit 70
  • Manorville, South to Sunrise Highway (Route 27)
  • East to Montauk, Approximately 50 Miles
  • After Amagansett, continue on Route 27 for 5 miles; continue past the Old Montauk Highway. At the fork of Route 27 and Old
  • Montauk Highway, stay left on Route 27 East for 3 miles, right turn onto 10 Lincoln Road. The Hither House will be on your right

Note: 10 Lincoln Rd Montauk, NY 11954 is approximately one mile before Montauk Village.

Our staff will be pleased to assist you. A deposit of 50% of the full payment is required for a week-long reservation. For a single night reservation or less than a week, full payment is required. The balance is due in full upon arrival. A confirmed reservation is considered a commitment for the full period requested; this is binding on both guests and management. For all reservations, deposits are not refundable unless the unit is re-rented. All refunds are subject to a 15% service charge. Please note that this is a request form only and reservations cannot be booked on a definite basis without confirmation from Hither House staff.
