Our guest rooms, facilities, and parking lot are for registered guests of the motel only. All registered guests must make arrangements with the front desk prior to the arrival of their day or overnight guests for parking and payment instructions. Day and overnights guests will only be permitted to park on the property on a first-arranged, first-served basis. Overnight guests will only be permitted if your guest room allows for additional persons at the daily rate of:

Visitors who are not guests will be permitted at a charge upon manager approval.
All cottage rentals are subject to a sales tax, and service fee. The renter of the cottages and his/her guests are responsible monetarily for any damages incurred during the rental period. Our guest rooms, facilities, and parking lot are for registered guests of the cottages only. All registered guests must make arrangements for parking and payment with the front desk prior to arrival day. Overnight guests' day visitors are only permitted to park on the property on a first-arranged, first-served basis. Day visitors' facility rate is $25 per person.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
All reservation made by phone are final. Please request accommodations and make reservations by phone. Call (631) 668-2714 or (631) 709-2012 Our staff will be pleased to assist you. A deposit of 50% of the full payment required with week reservation, for single night reservation and less then a week, full payment is required. The balance is due in full upon arrival. There is a 4% Credit Card processing fee for all Credit Card transactions. A confirmed reservation is considered a commitment for the full period requested; this is binding on both guests and management. All reservations, deposits are not refundable unless the unit is re-rented. All refunds are subject to 15% service charge. 4% Credit Card processing fees are non refundable for all Credit Card Transactions. Please note that this is a request form only and that reservations cannot be booked online. All reservations are made by phone and confirmed with a payment receipt and confirmation number.

Policies
SMOKING POLICY – The Hither House Cottages is completely a non-smoking facility. Any charges resulting from deodorizing the property or other smoke related maintenance shall be the financial responsibility of the guest registered to the of said rental unit; this is not limited to lost revenue. Furthermore, the registered tenant will be financially responsible for the loss of any rental revenue impacting other guests reservation. The registered guest will also be responsible for all its occupants under their registration.
DAMAGES POLICY Damages to the Hither House Cottage property – We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or replacement of any furnishing/appliance, caused by the negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Cottage property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card on file for a predetermined estimated amount for repairs. We will adjust the cost of repairs accordingly once the repairs have been completed. The registered guest will be responsible for all its occupants under their registration.
REMOVAL OF PROPERTY – We reserve the right to charge our guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the Hither House Cottages by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit/debit card a predetermined estimated amount. We will adjust the cost of replacement of the property accordingly once the replacement has been completed. The registered guest will be responsible for all its occupants under their registration.
